the good, the bad, the ugly

the good: the running app on my iPhone, it's awesome, it tracks runs and grids of my runs including, time, pace, calories burned, one of my runs in March of 2010 was pretty impressive!

the bad: the elevation level of some of my runs is rediculous and makes so much more sense now of why i hate hills, the time/pace reflects my hatred.

the ugly: the getting back into race shape as of late... i'll get there though, it feels good to get back in running mode, sometimes you forget how much you love something, but i'm remembering easily :)
